Given the use of refurbished laptops, it was necessary to adapt them to local requirements in each country, including keyboards, sockets, and power adapters.

Although the original manufacturer's warranty promises a technician's intervention within 24 to 48 hours, this is limited to remote assistance: ticketing and online management. No technician physically visits the site. We offer superior service, with equipment replacement completed in less than 24 hours in Europe and in less than 48 hours outside of Europe.
We created an internal service, combining inventory and logistics management, to exceed the original manufacturer's standards. For example, we replaced keyboards using laser engraving to perfectly adapt them to local layouts. This technique guarantees optimal quality, indistinguishable from that of new laptops.
While all manufacturers can perform this kind of adaptation, few can guarantee the speed and quality on refurbished products. Additionally, our warranty can be extended due to our ability to find the best offers, whereas the original manufacturer usually only provides a fixed time-limited warranty.
